IPO's Strengths

  • A set of products ranges from FMCG, processed foods, adhesives, engineering, pharmaceuticals, and beauty products, to construction.

  • Presence across a variety of industry verticals with the relationship with its customers.

  • Widespread public presence.

  • Organizational stability along with Promoter's experience.

IPO’s Weaknesses

  • Credit Facility and Economic Defaults: Because of some financial issues, the company entered into a One-Time Settlement (OTS) arrangement with its creditor. Failure to adhere to the lender obligations in the near future can lead to the termination of credit facilities, penal interests, and other negative financial outcomes.

  • Raw Material Volatility: This is the main primary raw materials used that will include or not limited to polymers. All these are highly volatile owing to market dynamics which would make it quite affecting in the case of inability to pass the additional expenses incurred onto the clients.

  • Dependence on Key Customers: The company has only very limited clients so the loss of one or two major customers could cause a material loss in revenue streams or the incapacity of attracting a major client or retaining it may substantially affect revenue streams.
