The company uses a franchising model in addition to owning and running restaurants. With a range of toppings, including gluten-free and vegetarian options, it specializes in freshly produced Neapolitan-style pizza.

With an ISO 22000:2018 certification, Neapolitan Pizza serves a selection of soups, salads, bread, pasta, hand-tossed pizza, and sweets. The idea is kid-friendly and geared at families. In addition, it deals in agricultural products such as rice, wheat, tomatoes, and onions. The goal is to find premium products from reliable vendors and provide them to clients at cost-effective pricing.

The company invested $87,500 in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Neoindian Pizza Inc., situated in the USA to increase its global footprint. The company ran 21 restaurants in more than 16 cities across 2 States and UTs in India as of March 31, 2024.
