Risk Factors In Such Funds

  • It is necessary to comprehend both the derivative and the underlying instrument in order to use a derivative.

  • The NAV of the Scheme may be impacted by changes in interest rates, as is the case with all debt securities since the prices of securities rise and fall in response to changes in interest rates.

  • The fluctuation of floating rate instrument spreads may present an extra risk in the case of floating rate instruments.

  • By their very nature, equity and equity-related securities are erratic and subject to daily price swings brought on by a variety of macro and micro causes. This might negatively affect certain stocks or the industry as a whole, which would then affect the scheme's net asset value.
