Risk Factors In Such Funds

  • Securities for equity and equity-related Securities are prone to daily price swings and are therefore volatile. Trading volumes may limit the liquidity of investments made by the Scheme. Settling times and transfer protocols.

  • Changes in the going interest rates will probably have an impact on the scheme's NAV. The AMC may choose to invest in lower-rated or unrated assets that offer greater yields, taking into account the portfolio's overall level of risk.

  • The scheme's success will be directly impacted by the Nifty Large - Midcap 250 Index (TRI)'s performance. Therefore, any modification in composition due to weighting or stock selection will affect the scheme.

  • Interest rate or price risk is a concern for REITs and InvITs. Existing security prices often decrease in response to rising interest rates and rise in response to falling interest rates.
